Welcome to the Monkey Business website terms and conditions for use.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Monkey Business is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering and when making an enquiry. All data collected from our customers is protected against unauthorised access, as required by the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.

We do not pass your personal information on to third parties. All transactions that you initiate with Monkey Business on this website are confidential. Your name will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

The information collected will be used to let you know of any future Monkey Business offers, sales or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive information from us, please send an email with the title ?unsubscribe? and your details will be removed from our mailing list.

Payment Methods:

Pricing:

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Shipping:

Monkey Business dispatches all orders within 24hours of the order being placed. Items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature is required. Please provide a delivery address where you will be able to sign for the delivery.

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these possible charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

You can track the progress of your order at any time be logging into My Account from the Home Page on this website.

Returns Policy:

We offer a no quibble refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund, credit or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please email customerservices@monkey-biz.co.uk to obtain a returns number and send items to Returns Department, Monkey Business, 9 Bridge Street, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3HR quoting returns number on outside of parcel. Sale items are non refundable.

You will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned non-faulty goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, with tags attached and in excellent re-saleable condition. We recommend that you use insured recorded delivery for returns and keep your proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.

Cooling off period:

Under the long distance selling regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order placed within 7 days of receipt of your product. This may be done via email or telephone. 7 DAYS MEANS YOU WILL HAVE ALREADY SENT IT AND PAID POSTAGE ETC.
