Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund, credit or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please email customerservices@monkey-biz.co.uk to obtain a returns number and send items to Returns Department, Monkey Business, 9 Bridge Street, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3HR quoting returns number on outside of parcel. Sale items are non refundable.

You will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned non-faulty goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, with tags attached and in excellent re-saleable condition. We recommend that you use insured recorded delivery for returns and keep your proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.

Cooling off period:

Under the long distance selling regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order placed within 7 days of receipt of your product. This may be done via email or telephone. 7 DAYS MEANS YOU WILL HAVE ALREADY SENT IT AND PAID POSTAGE ETC.
